0. Definitions
- ANSPDCP = National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing;
"personal data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that person;
"processing" means any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction;
"restriction of processing" means marking stored personal data with the aim of limiting its future processing;
"controller" means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of processing personal data; where the purposes and means of processing are determined by Union or Member State law, the controller or the specific criteria for its designation may be provided by Union or Member State law;
"processor" means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller;
"recipient" means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or another body to whom the personal data are disclosed, whether a third party or not. However, public authorities which may receive personal data in the framework of a particular inquiry in accordance with Union or Member State law are not considered recipients; processing by those public authorities is in compliance with applicable data protection rules according to the purposes of the processing;
"consent" of the data subject means any freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s wishes by which they signify agreement, either by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, that personal data relating to them may be processed.

For natural persons: first and last name, home or residence address, postal code, country, personal email, personal phone number;
For legal entities: delegate’s name, professional email address, professional phone number;
Standard technical login data such as IP address, type of device/computer used to access www.rame.ro, operating system, browser type, etc.;
Aggregated statistical data such as the city from which the internet connection is made, demographic information, and user interests. This information may result from analyzing activity on our website.

Our employees: To fulfill the services we provide, some of our employees have access to the personal data we collect.
Collaborators: We focus on improving framing services and related services. Therefore, we sometimes rely on external collaborators to ensure ancillary functions such as logistics, accounting, security, hosting, transport, etc.
